Continental has released the ContiCrossContact LX 2, a new SUV tire that offers safe, comfortable on-road performance and robust design for light-duty off-road driving. The ContiCrossContact LX 2 offers up to 6 percent better braking performance, 3 percent better handling, and 1 percent better cut and chip resistance off-road than its popular predecessor. Additionally, development engineers have improved rolling resistance by 8 percent and mileage by more than 25 percent in the new tire. The ContiCrossContact LX 2 is available now in time for the start of the summer tire season.
